On the 24th  of February, 2025, His Eminence Metropolitan Ilarion, Primate of The Ukrainian Orthodox Church  of Canada, commemorated the solemn anniversary of the Russian Invasion of Ukraine by serving a Memorial Litya for the blessed repose of the souls of all those who perished as a result of the tragic, and senseless invasion. His Eminence was assisted by Clergy from Edmonton and the surrounding area.
